Training Week On Professional Activities And Collaborative Spirit

During this week, when students are absent from school to prevent the current outbreak of novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), the EMASI Schools’ Academic Committee has conducted a week of professional training and anti-coronavirus procedures for Teachers, Teacher Assistants (TAs) and Nannies.

️This is one of the extensive professional enhancement activities to well prepare for the coming weeks when students return to school as well as for the schools’ annual long-term training plans.

️The key content and training activities will support the school pedagogical staff (from the curriculum of Ministry of Education and Training and the International Program) to enhance their abilities of understanding students’ needs and accompany parents; fostering close and synchronized cooperation on parallel teaching of the Vietnam National Program and the International Program; mastering the process of Corona epidemic prevention.

️Accordingly, EMASI teaching team of the curriculum of Ministry of Education and Training and the International Program have carried out important tasks, such as:
• Teaching / Tutoring any lessons / homework for students’ self-learning at home during the week off
• In-depth discussion on effective teaching methods and lesson preparations/planning
• Orienting and connecting common core content / information between the two above programs to create appropriate lesson plans
• Sharing some personality traits, interests, and abilities of each student to find some positive ways to encourage them to reach their full potentials.
• Proposing interesting, unique learning projects for students that teachers’ and students’ of both programs can work together in the future.

️We are very proud of the progress and effectiveness of this training week, and appreciate the collaborative spirit, enthusiasm and hard-working of each member of our teaching staff. We believe that with this comprehensive preparation, the 2019-2020 academic year at EMASI schools of the avant-garde will create memorable experiences and contribute to the excellent development of students based on their great efforts and their parents’ companionship.
