EMASI’s Online Sharing Session: Preparing Your Child for Grade 1

Unlike the play-based learning in the Kindergarten setting, The Elementary setting has some different expectations. Moving from Kindergarten to Grade 1 is a transition for children and their parents. In helping families make this transition EMASI is hosting a livestream conference. This is an opportunity to hear some reminders and tips about readying children and families for Grade 1. “Preparing Your Child for Grade 1” is being hosted by Dr. Sheryl Freeman – Managing Director of EMASI Nam Long. With over 40 years of experience in the education field, Dr. Sheryl is looking forward to offering parents insightful information about child psychology and the appropriate support that parents in partnership with the School can provide to help the child successfully make the leap from Kindergarten to Elementary school. The session will be conducted in both English and Vietnamese.
