Important Notes For BBGV Fun Run Charity 2019

Dear members of EMASI community,

Thank you for being one of nearly 800 EMASI members participating in the BBGV Fun Run for Charity 2019.

Please find below the useful information about the event:

• Gathering time: 7AM Sunday, 29^th September 2019.
• Venue: EMASI Booth – Tan Trao Street, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, HCMC.

• Group photo time: 7:30AM at EMASI Booth.
• EMASI Van Phuc members registering the bus service:
  • Departure: sharp 6AM at the main gate, EMASI Van Phuc, Street no. 5, Van Phuc Residential City
  • Returning: 10:30 AM at EMASI Booth
• We will serve fruits for our members at the EMASI booth. Drinks will be provided by event sponsors nearby our booth and along the route. However, we suggest that you bring your own bottle.
• Costume: PE uniform for EMASI students; EMASI BBGV T-shirt for the rest. Please make sure you wear the running bib on the back of your shirt. In case you have not yet received one – please contact the Reception.
